Alone or in a group, as a family or with friends, come and discover our vinification cellar through a guided tour and commented tasting. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily life of a wine estate, and to taste the terroir of the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence.

Worshop
Wine and Chocolat
The Château de Calavon invites you to a distinctive œnotourism experience where prestigious wines and exceptional chocolates come together. This fusion of viticultural heritage and gustatory delights unfolds in a familial setting rich with history and authenticity.
The carefully selected organic wines of the estate are paired with a range of 100% single-origin chocolates (Brazil, Vietnam, Colombia, etc…), crafted by Mathieu TABORCIA, an artisan pastry chef, chocolatier, and roaster. Discover this fusion during a tasting in our 17th-century cellar, for a guided sensory exploration.
