DEGUSTATION
DRESS
Pale and bright with hints of peach.
NOSE
Summer fruit aromas with raspberry, and slight spices.
PALATE
Very well balanced, with a pleasant roundness, supported by vivacious and persistent fruit aromas. Grenaches give finesse and elegance.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE

FOOD PAIRING
Grilled red mullet and garlic cream, bouillabaisse, lamb tagine with candied lemon, or cod fritters with sweet and sour sauce.

Exposure : Hillside terraces facing South East
Cultivated area : 10 ha. Organic farming.
VINIFICATION
Vinification : Free run juice, and press. Small yields around 30hl/ha, slow fermention at low temperature.
Ageing : 10 months in stainless steel tank. Partially aged in wood barrels
